Overview

Social Servants Support Works

Over the past years, CESWA has actively worked in key areas to uplift underserved communities. Through impactful awareness and advocacy campaigns, we’ve educated people on health, gender equality, and civic responsibilities. Our social welfare initiatives have provided essential relief—food, clothing, and hygiene kits—to vulnerable families, especially during disasters.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, CESWA played a frontline role by distributing PPE kits, rations, and promoting vaccination awareness. In the field of education, we’ve supported children with tuition centers, school kits, and digital literacy programs. Additionally, our women and youth empowerment programs have fostered financial independence through skill training, self-help groups (SHGs), and micro-entrepreneurship support.

Education

At CESWA, we firmly believe that education is the foundation for a better and more inclusive future. Our educational initiatives are designed to empower children from underprivileged and marginalized communities by ensuring equal access to quality learning opportunities, regardless of their socio-economic background.

CESWA runs community-based tuition centers that provide academic support, remedial coaching, and mentoring to school-going children. These centers help students strengthen their foundational skills, improve academic performance, and build confidence in their abilities. Special focus is given to first-generation learners who often lack educational support at home.

To reduce school dropouts and ease the financial burden on families, CESWA distributes school kits containing essential learning materials such as notebooks, textbooks, stationery, school bags, and uniforms. In addition, we provide scholarships to deserving and economically disadvantaged students, enabling them to continue their education without interruption and pursue higher studies.

Women & Youth Empowerment

CESWA is committed to empowering women and youth by enhancing their skills, confidence, and leadership capacities, enabling them to become self-reliant and active contributors to their families and communities. Our empowerment programs focus on creating sustainable livelihood opportunities while nurturing leadership and social responsibility.

Through structured skill development programs, CESWA provides vocational training in areas such as tailoring, handicrafts, digital skills, financial literacy, and other income-generating activities aligned with local market needs. Entrepreneurship workshops are conducted to equip participants with practical knowledge on starting and managing small businesses, including basics of budgeting, marketing, and enterprise management.

Social Welfare & Relief Work

CESWA is deeply committed to promoting social welfare and uplifting vulnerable sections of society through continuous humanitarian initiatives. The organization actively engages in the distribution of essential items such as clothes, food packets, dry rations, hygiene kits, and basic household necessities to underprivileged families, ensuring dignity, care, and support for those in need.

During times of crisis—including floods, pandemics, cyclones, fires, and other natural or man-made disasters—CESWA responds swiftly by providing immediate relief assistance. Our emergency interventions focus on meeting urgent needs such as food security, safe drinking water, medical supplies, temporary shelter, and sanitation support. Special attention is given to children, elderly individuals, women, and persons with disabilities, who are often the most affected during emergencies.

Pandemic Field Work

During pandemic situations, CESWA plays a vital role in supporting communities by undertaking extensive field-level interventions aimed at protecting lives, ensuring basic needs, and strengthening community resilience. Recognizing that vulnerable populations are disproportionately affected during health crises, CESWA focuses on timely, inclusive, and compassionate response measures.

Our pandemic field work includes the distribution of essential relief materials such as food kits, medicines, masks, sanitizers, and hygiene supplies to economically disadvantaged families, migrant workers, elderly individuals, and persons with disabilities. CESWA also supports access to healthcare by facilitating medical check-ups, referral services, vaccination awareness, and coordination with local health authorities.

Community awareness and preventive education form a core part of our response. CESWA conducts door-to-door awareness campaigns and small-group sessions to educate people on infection prevention, personal hygiene, social distancing, and safe practices, using culturally appropriate and easy-to-understand communication methods.
